Bates College Men’s Cross Country 2012 Season Video; In The Running

The 2012 Bates College Men’s Cross Country Team had one hell of a season. One of the best college teams in the nation, they finished 6th at the 2012 Division 3 Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. Produced by Mike Bradley, we get to see Coach Al Fershiteian and his Bobcats as they prepare to take on the nation. Tully Hannan running an insane time of 24:39.9, finished 5th out of about 280 runners. Mike Martin ran a time of 25:21.5 finishing 51st overall. Noah Graboys was also in the top 100 finalist running 25:35.8 which was 79th in the country. Ken Whitney, Andrew Wortham, John Stansel and James LePage were the other runners that competed at nationals. The teams impressive performance not only earned a 6th place finish at the National Championships, but it also tied the 1977 team for Bate’s best team finish ever at the NCAA Division 3 Championship! Great job fellas!
